To get your contacts imported into Integro, simply export them from your current contact system and import them into Integro (don't worry, you'll , let's just get everyone imported for now).
Go to your current contacts and export them as CSV. In for example, click on Contacts on the left side:
Then click on the Export button at the top right:
This will prompt you with an export format. Choose the CSV option and click on Export.
Not to worry if you're not using Google Contacts, whatever contact system you are already using will also provide the export CSV functionality as it's universal to almost any system. Refer to the documentation for your particular contact software for how to do the export.
Once you have your Contacts exported as CSV from your current Contacts database, let's see how easy it is to import them into Integro.
In go to Profile Menu > Import
Choose the file you just downloaded and import it. Match up the Contact columns for your contacts to align with the proper fields. E.g. First the First Name, choose Contact - First Name.
After matching up all of the columns in your CSV to the Integro fields you want to populate, press Import Data to import your data.
Your contacts will be imported shortly, and they will be visible from the main Contacts tab in Integro at the top of the screen.
Optionally, if you would like the contacts you import to have a label add the labels at bottom before processing the import. This can be helpful for grouping your contacts by labels, which will later flow into Integro's Lists feature.
If you already did your import without labeling, and you meant to add labels, don't worry, just simply do the import again. Integro will match your Contacts by email to prevent duplicates and update them with the labels you select.
